Bring a chair or blanket and join us in worship and to hearing God's Word. Children's craft and story time held during service time.

Decorate your bike, stroller, or your “wheels” and join us in a parade around the campground. Begins at Laundry and ends in “D”-field. Each participant will get a gift for participating and 1st and 2nd place awards will be given to "Most Patriotic" and "Most Creative"

Old Fashioned Ice Cream Wagon
Enjoy an ice cream cone on us. We will deliver ice cream the old-fashioned way—hand dipped cones from the back of an old Model A Ford. We’ll travel around the campground beginning at 2:30. Listen for the bell!

Fun for all ages!! Join us for a night full of games, face painting, prizes, cotton candy, pop-corn, and much more. Also check out our market- local friends selling handmade rugs, baskets, ornaments and many great souvenirs and gifts.

ACADIA AMAZING RACE
Pick up your clue packet in the office for our thirteenth annual Acadia Amazing Race, exclusively for our campers. Get ready for sleuthing again this year with an entirely new set of clues. Anytime between Thursday morning and Saturday afternoon, you and a car full of your favorite fellow adventurers can set out on an un-timed hunt to solve puzzles and problems that will bring you to various landmarks around Mount Desert Island. Expect to be surprised! Bring back the answers to the clues and you could win great prize packages from Hadley's Point and other local businesses! All of the teams gather at a campfire "after party" on Saturday night at 8 pm to share stories, laughs, and to award the prizes.

Family Harvest Weekend
A fun filled weekend of Bonfires, trivia games, children's activities, cook- off's, square dancing, pumpkin decorating contests and food: lots and lots of great food. Stay tuned for more information on this great weekend.

• Be Sure to sign up for our Raffle while in the office
6:30pm Bonfire & Trivia:
•Join us in the center of D-field for a bonfire and game of trivia. Prizes will be awarded to
the winning team. Lot’s of fun for all ages.

Site Decorating Contest:
Decorate your site for fall. Judging of sites will take place in the early afternoon and 1st & 2nd
prizes will be awarded that evening.
Be sure to stroll through Hadley’s and be look at all these amazing decorations.
Pumpkin Decorating Contest: (D-field)
Enter your decorated or carved pumpkin into this fun contest.
•Pumpkins can be purchased at the office beginning Friday, Sept. 20th
•Bring your completed pumpkin down to D-field to enter it no later than 4pm on Saturday,
Sept. 21st to qualify.
•Two categories: 1: Kids (up to 14) & 2: Adults (14+)
Parents- please let your child do the decorating. We’d love for you to enter your own pumpkin in to the Adult category.
•1st and 2nd place in each category will be announced that evening.
1:45 Favorite Fall Dish Contest:
All those entering their dish must bring it to the tent at 1:45 to
be entered into the contest. This years theme is FAVORITE FALL DISH.
2-3:30 Children’s Activities:
•Fun Games, Crafts, and activities to be enjoyed by all ages
2- 3:30 Judging for Favorite Fall Dish Contest:
•Even if you haven’t entered a Pie into the contest we still need you as a judge. Come and
sample these delicious entries and vote for your favorite recipe.
3:30pm Children’s Costume Contest:
•Dress up your little one and enter them into this costume contest.
•Two Categories: 1: Newborn to 5 years old & 2: 6 - 12 years old old
1st and 2nd place will be awarded to each age group and all participants will be given a treat bag.
Time TBD : Horse Drawn Carriage Rides
5:30-7pm Campers Potluck Supper and BBQ
•Please bring a dish to share!!
•Mainly Meats BBQ provided by HPCG
7:00-9:00 pm Square Dancing/ Music
•Mike Dusoe, Square Dance Caller, will once again be here to teach us the basics of square
dancing. Whether you’re new to Square Dancing or you’re a pro, you will not want to miss this
fun event. All ages are welcome.
